Process

How we work.

Four stages. One team from start to finish. Every project follows the same structure, whether it is a single property shoot in Helsinki or a multi-phase campaign across the Gulf.

01

Discovery

We start with a conversation. Not a brief template. We want to understand the property, the audience, and what success looks like for your project. For architecture clients, that often means reviewing drawings, visiting the site, and understanding the design intent. For hospitality clients, it means understanding the guest experience and how imagery needs to perform across OTA platforms, social, and press.

This stage typically takes one to two weeks. By the end, we have a shared understanding of scope, deliverables, timeline, and investment.

EU: 1-2 weeks · GCC: 2-4 weeks (relationship-first)

02

Strategy

Before we pick up a camera, we plan. Shot lists, lighting schedules, location scouting, and creative direction are mapped before production day. For properties, that means identifying hero angles, optimal time of day for each space, and the sequence that tells the strongest story. For campaigns, it means aligning visual output with the distribution channels and audience segments that matter.

Strategy also covers logistics. Equipment, permits, travel coordination, and ATA Carnet documentation for international shoots.

03

Production

This is where the work happens. Natural light first, invisible fill flash only where needed, every vertical corrected, every composition deliberate. We shoot at the times that produce the best light for each space. That often means golden hour for hero exteriors and blue hour for interior crossover shots. For aerial work, we fly licensed drones with the same compositional discipline applied to ground-level photography.

Post-production follows a custom colour grade developed for each project. No presets. Every image is individually processed, retouched, and delivered in the formats your channels require.

GCC production window: October to March (exterior constraints apply in summer)

04

Delivery

Final assets are delivered in a structured package: high-resolution masters, web-optimised versions, OTA-specific crops, and social media formats. Everything labelled, organised, and ready to deploy. For clients with press or media needs, we provide press-ready packages with captions and usage notes.

We do not disappear after delivery. If images need to perform across a campaign, we stay involved through deployment. If your team needs guidance on how to use the visual system across platforms, we provide it.

Investment

Project Investment.

Every project is scoped individually. These ranges give you a realistic starting point before we talk.

We do not publish fixed prices because no two properties, no two brands, and no two briefs are the same. What we can tell you is where most projects land. This helps you assess fit before we get into specifics.

Single Project

EUR 5,000 - 15,000

One property, one event, or one contained brief. Architectural photography of a single building. Interior documentation of a hotel or residence. A day of event coverage. Includes planning, production, post-production, and delivery of final assets in all required formats.

Multi-Service

EUR 15,000 - 40,000

Multiple properties, photography combined with film, or a project that spans more than one production day. A resort with three villas. An architectural firm documenting two completed projects. A hospitality brand needing both stills and a short film. Typically runs one to three months from discovery to delivery.

Full System

EUR 40,000 - 100,000

A complete visual system. Photography, film, brand identity, and market activation working as one coordinated output. For developers launching a new property. For hospitality groups repositioning across multiple platforms. Includes strategy, production, brand documentation, and deployment support. Three to six months.

Retained

EUR 100,000+

Long-term partnership. Ongoing visual production, brand stewardship, and campaign support across quarters. For clients who need a consistent visual standard across a portfolio of properties or an evolving brand. Our work with Premium Polar Experience across multiple Finnish luxury properties is an example of this model in practice.

Travel costs for projects outside the Helsinki region are quoted separately. GCC projects include equipment logistics (ATA Carnet), local fixer coordination, and adjusted production schedules for climate conditions.

Payment terms: EU projects Net 30. GCC projects Net 60-90 by arrangement.
