The number of spaces, the number of final images, whether aerial or lifestyle styling is involved, and how many light windows the production needs to hit. These are what move a project from one end of the range to the other.
What separates the low end from the high end
Blue hour scheduling. That alone adds a production day to most projects because you cannot shoot interiors and exteriors at blue hour on the same evening. Custom lighting for every composition instead of one setup moved between rooms. Aerial production with a licensed crew. Lifestyle styling with placed objects, textiles, and atmosphere. Individual colour grading per image instead of batch processing. Each of these costs time, and time is where the number lives.
What is included at every level
Site assessment and shot list before production day. Directed shooting with professional lighting. Raw selection, retouching, perspective correction, and custom colour grading. High-resolution masters plus web and platform-specific exports, named and organised for immediate use. Licensing covers your channels: website, social, print, OTA listings. Extended licensing for third-party use is quoted separately.
