Terms &
Conditions
01
Payment. 50% upon acceptance, 50% upon delivery of final assets. Invoices payable within 14 days. Monthly retainer services billed in advance.

Intellectual Property. Client receives perpetual usage rights for all agreed deliverables upon full payment. Raw footage, project files, presets, and camera negatives remain studio property. Zynopsis retains portfolio usage rights.

Revisions. Two rounds of revisions included per deliverable. Additional revisions billed at €150/hour. Scope changes require written agreement and may affect timeline and investment.

Cancellation. Cancellation after acceptance forfeits the initial 50% payment. Cancellation during production: client pays for completed work at day-rate equivalent.

Confidentiality. Both parties agree to keep project details, pricing, and strategy confidential unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Validity. This proposal is valid for 30 days from the date shown on the cover page. After this period, scope and pricing may be subject to revision.
