Aviapolis X.

A demountable event pavilion on the edge of Helsinki Airport. Timber frame, aluminium cladding, a diagonal strip of glass that cuts the facade and glows from inside at dusk.

The building folds. Sharp planes meet warm openings at angles that shift as you move around it. Villu Jaanisoo's relief is pressed into the metal itself, so the facade is both surface and artwork.
